Our panel of senior, highly experienced, charity leaders will share their personal views and stories on how they have addressed the key challenges of building a high performance Board. The panel will be joined by Kimberley Bradshaw – Managing Director of Buzzacott’s HR Consultancy. Kimberly will be presenting on the “Good, the Bad and the Ugly” of lateral hires – bringing her extensive client experience to the fore. The event will be chaired by Nigel Kippax from NCVO.
The event will also include plenty of time for networking over drinks and canapes.
