Talking Guides

The Switchover Help Scheme is a major publicly funded contract, charged with supporting older and disabled people through the digital TV switchover. As the project is nearing completion in October 2012, and following the recent London switchover, the Help Scheme is reflecting on this process, and what can be learnt for future projects.
This guide features insights from many of the senior management working on the scheme, including CEO Pete White. They discuss the inception, set-up, delivery, challenges, outcomes and learnings of the Help Scheme.
A Talking Guide is a multimedia document featuring embedded video clips. These guides provide insight from a range of senior people around a specific topic, in an engaging and informative way.
