Being a member of Knowledge Peers
Our members are people who run growth businesses - typically CEOs, managing directors, finance directors, line-of-business heads and directors. They also include advisors to growth businesses - individuals with important professional expertise such as senior partners from law and accountancy firms, and the investment community.
What is a growth business?
|
Sometimes described as the "Middle Market", these are organisations that have grown beyond the start up phase, but do not have the stability and access to resources of large businesses. That could mean staff of between 10 and 500, or revenues of £1m - £200m.
These are complex operations facing a great range of challenges related to the fact that they are growing, which must be addressed if they are to survive and flourish. Yet they do this with stretched management teams, perennial cash flow problems and limited access to high quality, affordable advice and support from either internal or external experts.
